What type of shirts do you use?

Your typical 100% cotton t-shirt (except for heather colors, which contain 10% polyester). Pre-shrunk to make sure your size is maintained throughout several washings, and classic fit, meaning it is not form fitted in the sides.

 

What is the difference between your brand and others?

Why are we different? We truly love pets. Infact, the concept of this brand was born while catsitting! :)

We would never sell you a toxic t-shirt whose ink is harmful for your skin or a low quality product you would have to bin after a few washing. We want to give you the best durable products to make you happy and keep you healthy!

When will my order arrive?

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles.

If you fall in love with a shirt but wish it was blue, or a tank top, or a sweatshirt, send us a message! and we will let you know if we can accommodate you - free of charge!

 

My t-shirt doesn't fit how I like. Can I return it?

Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns based on wrong sizing.

Size exchanges are to be offered at your expense, so please check our sizing chart before placing an order.

 

I believe my item is defective. Can I return it?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us at notamorningcat@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
